Peninsula Sub Aqua Club

We are a small but active BSAC club diving regularly around the south west of Cornwall, typically from Falmouth, Penzance and Hayle. Peninsula SAC is a friendly and welcoming club with a mix of technical and recreational divers. We welcome all divers from other training agencies, as well as people with no previous dive experience. We can deliver BSAC training in house - from Ocean Diver (this is the BSAC entry level qualification), through to technical levels and a variety of skill development courses.

Club boat dives are organised every Sunday - weather permitting. We dive a variety of sites around Cornwall, on both wrecks and reefs. During the summer months we also hold a weekly BBQ and evening shore dive.

Our club is based in Redruth – we meet at the Redruth School swimming pool (TR15 1TA) every Friday in term time at 8:30pm. Feel free to come along for a swim and to meet us.

Our club boat is a 6.5m Humber RIB, with a 150bhp Suzuki outboard, fitted out to our own design to accommodate eight divers and their kit comfortably.

We hold regular social events as a club, such as the visits/ tours, Christmas dinner and dance where our annual awards are presented.

Peninsula Sub Aqua Club (PSAC) has been running since the 1970’s. We have around 50 members, and are Branch number 1036 of the British Sub Aqua Club.

If you would like to try a dive in the pool, join us for a sea dive or discuss membership or financial costs of the sport, please contact us.
